Salad Dressing

I am having a heck of a time getting motivated today. Being home seems to do that, I shut myself in and hide from the outside world. A little crazy, but at least I acknowledge it. I got back from vacation yesterday and should really blog about it. But I'm going to take a couple of days to organize myself and then we'll go from there. For now, I thought I would share in the wonders of salad dressing...

I'm a big fan of making my own salad dressing. Mostly because reading the ingredients on the Kraft bottles freaks me out. I found this awhile back on Pinterest:

I also like to just add some maple syrup (the real kind) to oil and vinegar with a pinch of salt. Super yummy.

Actually, I have one more salad dressing. It's a variation of one my friend B makes (no raw egg whites, too weird).
- Anchovy paste (a little tube really will last you forever)
- 1 clove of Garlic (of course)
- 3 Tbsp Sour Cream (full fat)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Chives
- Lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
Whisk it all together and you have Caesar salad dressing! Super good!
If it seems too oily add more sour cream.
If it seems too thick add a bit of water
